What to write to us about
- Problems with a tool. Tell us which tool, what happened, and your browser and device. Please don't attach the PDF unless it contains nothing private — a description of the file (number of pages, whether it's scanned, where it came from) is often enough.
- Outdated or unclear guides, for example when an app's menus have changed.
- Suggestions for new tools or topics.
- Privacy questions or requests about your rights, as described in our privacy policy.
What we can't help with
- Recovering files. Because our tools never upload your documents, we don't have copies of anything you processed.
- Removing passwords or restrictions from PDFs that aren't yours.
Response time
We read every message and usually reply within a few days.
